Another reason to celebrate, act goofy and eat! Not to mention it is another reason to take a few pictures and scrapbook! Can't pass up that opportunity.

Everyone Needs To Be Organized

I don't function without my purse calendar. It keeps me organized. Someone says let's get together and scrapbook and gives me a date... out comes my trusty friend to make sure that there isn't already something else going on. (Double booking a day is a tough things to explain.)

So I got busy and made a new purse calendar because I just think the covers on the ones from the store are a bit tacky especially when you can do something that matches the personality of the person.

These make great gifts - which this one I gave to my mom - just because.

But while you are making one of these get a clear check book cover and make one of those to match! The recipient will love them.

Remembering Grandma

It is hard to believe that it has been 2 years since Grandma passed away. I came across a picture of her and her room mate from when she was in the nursing home and decided to do a Memorial page for her. I took the picture and cropped out the other lady because I just wanted Grandma.

This is my husband maternal grandmother Loretta. She was a hellcat and spunky. She loved to tell jokes and the dirtier they were the harder she laughed.

Anyway today my post is sentimental because I wanted to remember her. So this is dedicated 100% to Grandma Shaw.

Don't Wait Until The Last Minute

Valentine's Day is just around the corner! Don't wait until the last minute to make those Valentine's for co-workers, children, or just that special someone in your life.

I have made a few different ways to say "I Love You" to inspire you to get going on these!

First off for a Child's School Party either for a student to give another student or a teacher to give a student. I give you the "Love Bug."








Then for all of the adults in your life there is a little more sophisticated way to say Happy Valentine's Day.





And then when you want to give something more than a card... maybe to a family member, teacher, or co-worker there is always a gift of candy!











And then I had 3 very special little boys on my list. They are my CCD students. These are very special boys to me and I had to get them something more than a pencil but I also don't have a lot of money to spent. So I fixed up a 5 1/2 inch sucker for each one of them.











I hope I inspired you to dust off some of those dies and also to not wait until the last minute to create your Valentines.
